      Pros

      Good company to start your career, although founder's don't have any IT background this company has grown steadily as AWS consulting company. You get alot of exposure working with many customers and try new technologies. Less complicated salary structure with compulsory 2yrs bond

      Cons

      No work culture, no appreciation, no Saturday offs, no bonuses, consulting is expensive hence not alot of customers

      NO Transparency between the management and employees Management itself plays dirty politics within the company Shows zero trust on employees. Once you put down your paper, your importance or value of your work is zero.

      Good working environment with high inclination on ethics with work output for customers. Level of learning was good as you get a lot of exposure it being a start-up. Office located at convenient location . No issues with payroll

      Office space is slightly smaller.
