      - Super nice team and people, we had lots of fun working together - Interesting and exciting tasks - Beautiful office in Hamburg near the harbour - Pretty good salary for a start up

      Pros

      There is a great engineering culture and during the entire product creation process there is always attention to detail. No rush or stress: do things in the right way. I think this is the best approach to build a solid product in the long run. Bonus point: there is a lot of attention to inclusivity and accessibility

      Cons

      No company is perfect but I cannot find any big issue for now.
