Pros

Majority are Gen-Zs and Millennials, giving the bibo vibes. Hungry to experience and learnings. Older millennials leads the organizations, expecting it to be very inclusive but not..

Cons

* Cost reduction everywhere but pushes for best performance of tools and team without proper training or support, just talks and talks and talks. No room for with expense things * Tenurity? career growth? doesn't exist, movements happen unless there's a vacancy or you push for it with some close times with other team. Again, talks are JUST talks, not an action you can find even after many quarters of feedback * Best talents? they started to be gone and keep on being gone * Displaying arrogancy, but y'all nothing to be proud of, man * Higher management people are looking for something huge but right trainings? where is it? its nearby year-end already * Micro-management is anywhere * Bias decision makers makes the organization shaky. Well, its not cool, its a bin * Nothing will happen if your request touches the friend of friend. Conflict of interest is melting the team down. * True meaning of care? Oops, not here * Healthy workplace? requiring you to respond even outside working hours and midnight, during leave days, move on! this is a true work-work balance

Worst Top Management

Pros

Most coworkers are amazing, kind, and really helpful.

Cons

This is probably the company that has the worst management ever. 1. Very indecisive, direction is always changing 2. Statements and promises mean nothing to them, breaking them like it’s nothing. Very hard to trust. 3. Zero regard on employee welfare and needs 4. Tons of bad mouthing against co-top management and their subordinates, very unprofessional. Middle managers mean well, genuine care to employees is there. However, no matter how well they mean or how much they care, they are unable to contribute or support their subordinates because they have no say on anything. Whatever top management says, no matter how misinformed, is executed because of zero trust with middle managers. When everything falls because of failed decision calls from management, middle managers and everyone below is blamed, and is expected to redo everything causing significant inefficiencies and lost employee morale across. Talks of career progression exists, but those are farce and nothing but talks.

Pros

- free lunch - "flexible" office hours (though it depends on your team lead/ manager) - competitive pay

Cons

- close-minded management - (does not hear out ideas from other people) - bad company structure - (no clear organizational structure - hard to pinpoint accountability - bad for long term employees - career path in this company in the long run is very questionable - no overtime pay - though it should be MANDATORY especially for people working more than 8 hours a day and during weekends - no mentorship - very young group, limited mentors to choose from, some are even not mature enough to handle internal concerns -
