      - flexibility - non-hierarchical structure - work life balance - no performance reviews - multicultural

      Cons

      - no management, unorganized - coworkers can be incompetent or slackers - you have to be everything (e.g. there are no designated POs or scrum masters, so you have to volunteer or select one from your team) - switch teams or projects from time to time
