Just plain awful

Avoid like the plague. First, the positive reviews are sketchy at best (after a string of people turning down job offers, they asked people to leave positive reviews). For an agency (and let's not kid ourselves here), it pays way below market rate. Expect to work constantly, making up for the awful "platform". There is no support and everyone is constantly tired. Your recommendations and your thoughts don't matter. Even for the select few that get promoted, they're expected to "prove themselves" before salary is increased, even though they're fully expected to act in the new role.

It is unfortunate that you didn't have a great experience during your stay at conversationHEALTH. Company cares for employee's well bring and development needs. Leaders always are ready to listen to your great ideas. Not everyone feels comfortable in a fast paced startup that is doubling in size since started. But we always have each other's backs. If we could turn back time, it would be nice if you reach out to HR first.

The company is in the AI and heath care industry -a good space to be in.

Cons

C-levels and VPs are incompetent, and yet they claimed that they have many years of industry experience. So many "favours" from the leadership asking to do other department's jobs, like asking an engineer to write a promotional blog article. If you say no, you are not a team player nor a member of the "conversationHEALTH family". Very disorganized and the org structure changes every day. No HR department, no career progression within the company. The company is treating data security too lightly. Bring your own device policy is inappropriate as the majority of the clients are pharma (data breach, IPs...) Some former employees who now work in other companies still have access to all internal documents and slack channels.

Thank you for your feedback. Your voices are heard. We are providing our employees corporate laptop (choice between Mac or PC) effectively Feb 1, 2022. For employees voluntary chose to BYOD must comply with BYOD policy requirements and will be receiving $50/month BYOD allowance. However, we still encourage our employees to use the newly purchased corporate laptop.

The idea behind the company is good!

Cons

Conversation health is a newly established small company, they start the company in 2018-2019 with less than 20 employees, it’s a digital health company and the idea behind the company is good but The downside of the company is the management team and the CEO of the company, they don’t have enough experience and they’re all confused and they don’t have any idea what they are doing, the office environment and senior employees are not helpful and not friendly at all!

Company has been fast growing and experiencing rapid growth both financially and growing the team. We are now over 100 employees. Today's cH has been significantly different than what you saw early last year. We have added amazing leaders and HR guiding us to achieve corporate goals. We also are one of the conversation AI industry leaders in Ontario implementing Remote Work and Right to Disconnect Policy. We have achieved employee work-life balance and corporate growth more than you saw since last year. Wish you were here to experience the positivity and the rewarding experience we are having.
