Pros

- the c-level management is very open and approachable - fun and relaxed company culture, with flexible work times that give a good work-life balance - working on interesting products, with lots of room for growth

Cons

- currently too many people for the office (but there will be a new office soon)

Pros

Opportunities for career advancement as a manager are available for those who are willing to put in the effort. Co-workers are approachable and friendly. There are a few highly skilled individuals whom one can learn from through webinars or personal meetings.

Cons

Employees receive low pay for the amount of work they are expected to complete. Employee feedback about coworkers' work is disregarded. Favoritism is evident as superiors' friends and team/department leaders are given leniency for poor decisions. The workload is not evenly distributed and no consideration is given to improve this based on feedback. Salary does not reflect individual contributions to a project or team. Being considered "remote" is not entirely accurate. Firstly, despite having the same job title and performing the same workload as non-remote colleagues, remote workers are paid only half of what they earn. Secondly, remote work is restricted to the worker's own country, and even temporary work from a different country within the same time zone requires prior approval, which negates the true meaning of being remote.
