Where do I start? Awful offices, terrible culture, no accountability, no systems in place, no sales tools, management has no idea how to train or enable sales people, pay is awful, people are overworked, ownership doesn't care about employee happiness or culture.
Has a solid track record, stability, and owners are personable and have solid family values.

Because branches are a ll across Canada, the owners don't get deep into branch operations and personnel. A persons experience in this company will depend much more on people and operations in the branch - sometimes in a very good way, sometimes in a very negative way.
