Cons

Micromanagement is a pervasive issue that can severely impact workplace morale and productivity. At Direktion 360, I experienced this firsthand, particularly from the CEO and VP, who are both deeply involved in daily operations. Their relentless micromanagement stifled creativity and initiative, creating an atmosphere where employees felt they could not act without constant oversight. Not only I did not get formal real training from a profesionnal standard, it is in their mindset since they pay me a certain amount of salary they DONT need to train their employees, their expectations were unrealistic and lacked experience to start with, which shows very poor knowledge on how integration of a brand and culture works. This micromanagement was evident in their approach to my work. Instead of empowering me to take ownership of my projects, they insisted on being involved in every detail, from emails to discussions with colleagues. This lack of trust not only slowed down workflow but also made it clear that they did not believe in my capabilities. The situation worsened when I was pressured to compromise my ethics. I was asked to misrepresent our project experiences in official documents to secure contracts, which I found unacceptable. This request illustrated not only a disregard for ethical standards but also a broader culture of distrust and control. Moreover, during my brief time there—just ten days—I faced personal attacks from upper management. When I brought my son to the office, instead of showing empathy, the CEO and VP launched into a degrading tirade that criticized my education, character, and appearance. Their lack of understanding for my situation was shocking and demonstrated their inability to foster a supportive work environment. Overall, the combination of micromanagement, ethical compromises, and personal disrespect created a toxic atmosphere at Direktion 360. Such an environment is detrimental not just to individual employees but to the organization as a whole. It's crucial for potential employees to be aware of these issues before considering a position at this company. I had other job opportunities before taking this role, and I regret choosing Direktion 360. They’ve gone through at least four people in my position before me, which is no surprise given how poorly they treat their employees. I even caught pneumonia while working there, likely due to the stress and toxic environment.
