CEO management skills sucked. Nearly 30 years and still be a startup. They use effort points to track your work, like every day they asked 3-5 points. This gives the feeling to take advantage to employees. Anyone should avoid this type of company . Business depends too much on software and obviously didn’t earn a lot profits, no future at all

Heavy workloads and startup environment. Management is bad and messy. Use a " flexible schedule" to prevent overtime pay. Try to rush on work and then build terrible software with infinite bugs.
