Some awsome co-workers to work with. Some parts of management are nice to work under. Easy-going place to work at some times of the year.

Cons

Private company. Will not provide info on profits made for the year to distribute profit sharing to employees. I love this quote from H.R. "if it goes for one, it goes for all". but in reallity that means they will curry favoritism for some employees whom have a mental disabillity, or are trying to finish school, but WILL NOT do it for everyone. Thats FACT! Unless your name is on the building, you're not gonna make a living wage.

Benefits, vacation time, easy work

Cons

The pay is terrible, coworkers are equally terrible. There is no advancement here if you are female, males are clearly favored here. Certain employees keep their jobs for insane reasons. Do not work here if you don't have to.
