      Pros

      This was my second job and I think about this company more often than none. 1. Worked with best teams ever. 2. Interesting new work. 3. Respect and team play. 4. Growing company and great work/life balance. 5. Non-interest loans are available at times. Overall, just a nice group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Though there are some things, like any other company can do better, these are some things that I noticed. 1. Need a more experienced HR team to handle demand for great projects. 2. Politics starting to build up in low levels at times but generally are handled well. 3. Wish a bit more hard work. Will I still recommend others to work here? I think I would just because their company culture is pretty good

You're correct, we are engaged in many interesting projects where by necessity have to apply Agile and Scrum processes to meet the demands.
