Pros
Great place to work, it's a real shame it's winding down. The people are great, it's not often you get a whole team which is both nice to work with and capable. It's a fast-paced environment, I've worked here for over a year and it's extraordinary how much changed in that time. I learned so much.
Cons
The CEO was very forthright, and sometimes abrasive with people who were underperforming. Although not to the point described by some other reviewers, I think they're bitter after being let go.

High calibre people - almost everyone at dataffirm has been highly professional, collaborative, and just great fun to work with. Very fast moving - totally focused on keeping the business cutting edge and driving it forward, which was an exciting experience.
Cons
Might not be for you if you're not ok with regular change in requirements and direction. As a previous review says, it’s the industry.
