Cons

Management clueless have not a clue about construction always in the dark information never updated to help site workers. Always quick to blame superintendents for there lack of experience. Never pay vendors or contractors so work becomes diffacult on their sites.expect you to forget family and personnel life and live for them only

Pros

Diversity of locations worldwide. Company will go above and way beyond to get the right people in the right places...2 or 3 times, if necessary. Good 401k and medical. Steady work, tho a bit overtasked at times. Outstanding safety program. Outstanding admin support.

Cons

If you're in the upper echelon...you're in like Flint...if not, you stay on the outside looking in. Career training is on your own, no company help outside of trades.

I should have read reviews before I agreed to take the job but as other people said they have no consideration for their employees. I have worked for some bad people before but never people who have had such disregard for someone's life and livelihood
