Pros
pay is OK, mission is essentially good, senior staff at least act they they care about good work
Cons
much of effort is about making the bosses look progressive, pressure to say positive things on "great places to work" surveys. Wide disparity between pay of upper echelon staff and everyone else. Sometimes coworkers vanish without explanation and leadership will act as though they never existed.
