      Many pros before the buyout - post buy out no pros

      Cons

      Post Management buy out - removed large amount of benefits in restructure, job changes without consultation, no option for redundancies despite making these significant changes

      CEO Really down to earth, approachable and takes on board fresh thoughts and ideas, Software Development team using agile methodologies and are the best agile team I've worked with, I got along with everyone at my time there, Rapidly growing environment so plenty of room for promotion
