Pros

It's a great place to start your career. I am also a luckiest person who got a chance to work with De Factoinfotech, where I learnt new technologies and enhanced my skills. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands.

Cons

*Salary is lower than market levels *Some management seem to be all bluster *Very Bad management policies. *Too much of Micro level managing.
