The leaders are very strategic in how they guide the team and make decisions — you’re always welcomed to suggest ideas. you have the freedom to experiment, which I find important for career development — the product itself is constantly evolving and interesting to work on — you get modern equipment (macOS) to work with — the offices in Berlin (Mitte) and Munich are nice and dog-friendly — there are plenty of team-building events and fun activities — you can work from home 1 or 2 times per week
