- I saw one review mentioning they did not lay off in tough covid times. Well thats because the clients did not remove your employees from there projects. Otherwise you cannot survive one month on your own. - This company is a consultancy who dont have a project and are only dependent on getting there employees hired by client on Third party payroll. - You get paid a freshers salary but they put you in client account where you are sent as a fake 2-3 yrs experienced guy and so are the expectations of the client . Thereby, you will have to handle that mental pressure and competencies of a 2-3 yr experienced person. - You will get rewarded with a 500/- Amazon voucher after interviewing and training candidates throughout the year. - You are expected to bring business from clients ( by fooling them).. what part does analytics comes under this ?

This is one of the unethical company to work with. There are many cons, below I've listed just few. 1. There are no employee benefits and the pay is also very less. There is no significant career growth in this company. 2. They hire freshers with a bond of minimum 2 years. If you break the bond you are supposed to pay 2Lacs. The thing is, even when you are willing to pay the amount, they do not accept your resignation and harass the employee by not responding to emails. 3. They slog their employees day and night to get trained from senior resources just to show fake experience to the clients (if joined as fresher, you're told the client that you have 2 years experience in the field).
