dicentra offered a great opportunity to grow in a very short period of time. very generous pay and flexible working arrangements.

Cons

Extremely fast paste. Fast-changing priorities often led me to work on something for a few days which ended up being irrelevant and discarded. Often you are required to wear many hats, and sometimes you may be overwhelmed by the amount of work going on.

Dealing with health products was an experience.

Cons

No support, no teamwork. Rude and toxic culture. No privacy. If you are not favoured you will not be supported and you will be put down every chance they get.
