      I have been with the company for over a year and still really enjoy the work we do and the clients we serve. From video to design to insights the digiio team collaborates to deliver amazing assets and create an exciting, supportive culture for employees.

      The workloads can be intense at times.

      Pros

      The company is growing and looks after employees as it goes. Bonus scheme (first year). Good tech kit and investment. Positive culture, with emphasis on inclusion and diversity. Pays above average for my role and have job stability as full time contract.

      Cons

      Lots of customers dealing with Covid meaning timescales for projects can be tight sometimes. Smaller company but would still say there is the opportunity for growth and development.
