Pros
Such a dynamic and enthusiastic team!! We work in cross-collaborative teams in which everyone is respectful and open to new ideas., which makes for great outcomes. The management team is self-reflective, which to me is a huge pro. They're willing to take a step back and evaluate their own work critically, rather than solely evaluating us employees. It's great! Also there's a good feeling of work-life balance here, our weekends and evenings are respected. This is very important to me.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment, and due to this certain elements get overlooked or feel rushed and not properly examined. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but just something to note for newcomers.
