Pros

What dosist does well is sell you on a vision of delivering health and happiness to all in a culture that wants to disrupt an industry and become a world class brand. They say that they are about investing in their people and creating a culture that is inclusive and diverse. For a moment, I was bought into this and worked tirelessly on my contribution to this company. When I left dosist I am still very proud of what we created. dosist has some incredibly talented people under its roof and one would hope that they will treat them with the respect they need and collaborate with them to move this company forward instead of staying on its current course of finding ways to let go of amazing talent because some of the unfortunate ego's that exist within the C-Level executive team including the CEO Gunner Winston. dosist has an amazing product line, one that is changing the lives of so many people who proudly enjoy the dose pen and the six need state formulas. This company was a leader in so many ways and created a market for those looking and needing a dose controlled experience with cannabis and discovering the benefits housed within nature. A conversation that has long been overdue on an elevated level like dosist was delivering. When dosist finally brought on the retail team, there was a wave of fresh energy, optimism, and genuine positivity. This energy and better sense of culture soon only lived within the retail team members and seemed to stop the moment you were off property and back at the office. The running joke became taking a trip to Venice just to cheer ourselves up and remember why we are working as hard as we are.

Cons

First and foremost the ego's of the C-Level team are going to lead to the loss of more talent if it continues to go unchecked by the board of directors. Which threatens the hard work of those that love this brand and believe in what dosist can become. The energy of the CEO Gunner Winston is challenging because you do not know if you are going to have a pleasant encounter or if it is going to be confrontational. This hot and cold change in demeanor is taxing on your day and does not spark that sense of inspiration behind the work one should be doing. Then you have the CPO Pete Leddy who makes comments about peoples names or the native items of clothing that they choose to wear at work or events. This coming from the person who is supposed to be the champion of building a diverse and inclusive workforce is not uplifting. The leaders running the helm are blind to the industry that they are focused on transcending, causing a recent wave of chaos. Instead of taking ownership when opportunities arise, they are quick to blame a person and work that person out of their position or the company altogether. The issues get swept under the rug or silenced. How can a company grow unless it faces these opportunities head on and turns them into learns to strengthen the business. Every job will have its set of challenges that you are coming into solve for or discover. I just wish that someone had left an honest review to help guide my decision in choosing to be part of a company or not. I hope that this review will do just that for those who are looking at joining dosist. The company does have so much potential if the right changes are made and the right leaders step up to the challenge of doing that work.

Pros

Great products that are wellness focused.

Cons

Lack of leadership and direction not to mention lack of appreciation when going above and beyond expectations. Communication at times it’s almost nonexistent. Expectations are high yet not communicated however there is a lot of accountability without training or development .

Pros

Growing company who is expanding with many opportunities to excel. The talent being hired at dosist is crazy good and it's very inspirational to work alongside them. New things are always happening here keeping the day to day exciting and engaging.

Cons

With any company in the early stages, it has its growing pains. There isn't always a procedure or plan in place, but having a positive attitude and being resourceful is key to being successful.
