a wonferful mission, a great product idea and some of the best coworkers i've ever had. remote work, they pay for trainings and unlimited pto.
Cons
dont be fooled by their rating. employees are asked to review during onboarding when everything is great and before they realize what kind of man there working for. initiatives change every week and brandon welch is constantly looking over your shoulder and micro managing everything. he plays clear favorites, is deceptive at best, and downright rude and abusive at worst. promises are not kept, there's no equity in job title or pay. he says he hires smart people to tell him what to do but thats just not the case. he gets impatient and takes back tasks that are clearly not in his wheelhouse because he disagrees with how the people with experience think it should be done. he's trying to take over the world instead of focusing on where doxyme could make the biggest impact and is single handedly bringng about the downfall of doxyme. the rest of the leadership team is great but are either afraid of him or are unable to do anything about it. he's a clear narcissist and your talents would be better utilized somehwere else.
