Not many pros here except experience for people fresh out of college
Cons
Bad management terrible business practices, past wage freezes, lack of attention to detail.. no room for advancement ... politics at this shop are comparable to that of high school clicks

Great pay, good time off, very poor healthcare and no 401k matching. Overall positive friendly environment which can be a little political at times,
Cons
It matters who your friends are if you want to get anywhere here. It can be very political, it helps to be very friendly with managers in various departments. Definitely would be a benefit to someone who is outgoing to work here.
