Great pay, good time off, very poor healthcare and no 401k matching. Overall positive friendly environment which can be a little political at times,

It matters who your friends are if you want to get anywhere here. It can be very political, it helps to be very friendly with managers in various departments. Definitely would be a benefit to someone who is outgoing to work here.
