      Great Engineers, mediocre and bloated middle management

      Pros

      Surrounded by excellent software engineers, you will learn a lot about writing SaaS like the big shots.

      Cons

      Trimble has a middle management problem, everything moves slowly because there are too many levels to the chain of command and most of them only have a surface level understanding of the technologies their engineers work on.
