Pros
Very reasonable oraganisation and even though they have expanded very very quickly there is still a human element to the management where the individual is treated like a person. Lots of clients so good exposure to skills if required.
Cons
Have to deal with clients some of whom can be very unreasonable, uncooperative and unpleasant.
