Pros
I've been working for e&e IT Consulting for a few years now. They work hard to place you in a job and work quickly to find a new position for you when your contract ends. Their benefits are good and the pay seems fair. The administrators and account managers are kind, personable people.
Cons
Because of the nature of the company, they can feel a little distant sometimes. Also, they do not seem to have a well structured system for promotions/pay raises when you are placed in a long-term contract. Also, it appears they do not perform yearly reviews so its hard to know where you sit with the company sometimes.
