      Everyone in Peoria was super.

      Cons

      I was hired to be a full stack developer. Started Jan 29. On Feb 6 they told me that this big investment they were expecting was no longer available and they had to let 20% or more of the company go. I gave up a great position with another company to take this role on the promise that they treated people well and were ramping up to bring technology in house. All of that turned out to be a life-altering lie and empty promises. Thanks for nothing. I would never trust them based on my experience. And in case you’re wondering, I have the letter from them to prove it, what a garbage company.

      There are no positives about working at e2 Companies.

      Cons

      e2 just had layoffs, roughly 25% of their staff. They fired 2 individuals that had just started with the company (less than 2 weeks). Can you imagine resigning from your current employer and then less than 2 weeks into your new job you are involved in a layoff at e2 Companies, with no severance or notice. This company is controlled by a husband and wife duo that are unbelievable narcissist. The company is in financial trouble - my advice if you are there is to RUN and if see a job opening from them - RUN.

      They are based in Florida.

      Cons

      The owner has his hands in everything. There is nothing you do that he does not and will not get involved in. There is no trust in the people they hire, just pure loyalty to the king. The product they are building will never be what they want it to be. Litigious company that likes to sue or threatens to sue even if they are in the wrong. Want to work remote, forget it with e2, pack up and move cross country!
