Pros

e3 is a great way to mobilize teams of people to the nations

Cons

Can be difficult to recruit people because the trip budgets are higher than other mission organizations. You have to raise your entire salary if you are a field employee. At time of employment you were required to partake of group insurance, which was VERY high and costly especially when you are raising your own salary and donor team.

Pros

Ministry minded to share the Gospel of Jesus to the world. e3 reaches many unreached places and people through their media platforms. Graphic Design team is great, great team members and great culture within that department.

Cons

Lack of innovation entering new fields. Does not innovate or try new strategies entering, but relies on past strategies and innovates late to changing times.
