Pros

No pros to working at Ebryit. They are greedy liars who will steal food from your child's mouth if they believe they can make a penny profit of it. They are an unappreciative selfish group of people.

Cons

No pay advancement, no career advancement, they will lie and take from your children in order to get a project completed. No benefits, no bonus, and hard work only gets you laid off for months at a time. Ebryit could careless about any of their employees, contractors, or families.

We appreciate all feedback—positive or otherwise. In your situation, you may have been hired in a seasonal position, which is 13 weeks or less in length. Your offer letter would have explained your employment classification (eligibility for overtime), status (regular full-time, seasonal, or variable hour), and any eligibility requirements for health care. If seasonal, the offer letter would have stated that your employment would end on or before a specific date. Also note that although seasonal positions may have full-time hours, they are temporary in nature, short in duration, and offer no eligibility for benefits or paid time off. In the future, escalate such strongly held concerns to Human Resources or a member of the Executive team for resolution.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company. They do everything backward and could careless if there employees starve.

Cons

I was hired in May of 2015 and worked till Sept 2015. Was told not to return to work unless otherwise instructed because they had no more work. I waited from Sept to December for work. Finally I got tired of waiting and resigned. Makes no sense staying with a company that's not giving you work. I filed and was granted unemployment just to have eBryIT deny it. They don't care about there employees. They don't give you health coverage unless you work more than 30 a week for 6 months but they are the once that control your work schedule. This company is dishonest and underhanded. Do Not Work For Them!

Sounds like you were hired in a variable hour position, which can be seasonal. Your offer letter would have explained your employment classification (eligibility for overtime), status (regular, full-time or variable hour), eligibility for health care, and the eligibility requirements. It goes on to explain that a variable hour position is on an “as-needed” basis and that hours per week are based on each project’s scheduling needs. All unemployment claims are reviewed by the local State unemployment office after input by both the employee and the company. We appreciate your sharing your frustrations so that we can work to improve our communications.
