      Solid team - great manager

      Pros

      I’m doing this so I can see something specific on this platform. - great manager. True servant leader who was a blast to work. - great team. Very connected and tight knit team that was open to helping each other win. - great industry. Not much better than the public sector.

      Cons

      - upper leadership challenges - to be expected with the level of changes the company is going through - at times it felt like the changes didn’t take into consideration the product and clients. - product could use a facelift

      - Flexible PTO - Remote work options - A lot of federal holidays off due to working with government clients -Larger company now, so possible job growth

      - Lack of organization, processes, training - Leadership - Siloed departments - information sharing is limited - a lot of newer staff with minimal cross training or understanding of other departments roles or functions. - Lack of collaboration

      Legacy product which needs serious upgrade. Senior management is not equipped for their role.
