      Pros

      we made a lot of changes since new management came in. There has been improving the health and safety of workers. Their is new equipment. changes to all the lines. new safer processes to reduce incidents. We have even had the comunity notice the diference.

      Cons

      pay could be a bit higher.

      Pros

      company has gone through a lot of change over the past two years. a lot more organized and efficient. new job classification opportunities are posted. a lot of good people doing good things.

      Cons

      there have been a lot of bad apples that have been fired from the company, but more still need to go. it's a long time coming, as the remaining bad ones have been around for a while. this would help improve the morale.
