Pros

- 2 stars only because it’s a really good company to start with ONLY if you’re a fresh grad. Otherwise, would’ve rated this 1. - 8 hr shift, 45 min paid break. Can choose desired shift after training.

Cons

- Extremely low salary. High production for minimum salary. - OT/RDOT is expected once you become a regular. - The usual 6-month probationary period is not typically followed. This can extend even if you followed the training properly.
