      Good for fresh grads, but low pay and not ideal for the long run.

      Pros

      - 2 stars only because it’s a really good company to start with ONLY if you’re a fresh grad. Otherwise, would’ve rated this 1. - 8 hr shift, 45 min paid break. Can choose desired shift after training.

      Cons

      - Extremely low salary. High production for minimum salary. - OT/RDOT is expected once you become a regular. - The usual 6-month probationary period is not typically followed. This can extend even if you followed the training properly.

      Friendly coworkers, enjoyable monthly office events, good food, and unlimited beverages including coffee, chocolate drinks, and iced tea. Provides sleeping/nap area.
