      Flexible in a way telecommute allowed, small bonus end of year if boss feels like it.

      Cons

      One can be let go at anytime no job security or benefits, salary fluctuates according to work available and work done so not very stable.

      Flexible working hours Great management team Good rates The team was very supportive and kept us updated with changes in the transcription world.

      Cons

      In the last bit of 2020 the projects assigned reduced, so the end of month pay was affected. The remote nature led to privacy breach which affected our jobs
