Pros
Horrible management! Don't be deceived from the illusions that this company proffers. Fancy site, acting staff (to which they play the roles very well---all fake and masquerade like), want-to-be start up environment, and fallacious direction from supervisors and management team. Simply put, it's a small "mom and pop" shop that denigrates the lower-hard working staff and squeezes them dry, while at the same time filling the pockets of the few investors and upper management team.
Cons
A tyrannical system! There is no such thing as a raise at eDataSource. They will tell you point blank that they do not give raises. Those who've been working there for a few years may get a slight salary increase, but it's no more than 2%-3%, and that's if you're even lucky enough to get it. Do you're self the favor and research this employer carefully before making any decisions you will soon regret!
