- Offers great opportunities to gain experience and get exposure to high demanded technologies - Great place to learn - Management is always available an d quick responder - Management is always listening, so then in all the different scenarios ( specially over COVID times) they have shown common sense. - Employee focused company, they have your back.

- So far no cons, the normal stuff for this kind of size companies.

I have been working here for 2 years and these are some of the nicest leader I have had the pleasure of working with. They treat you like family. Always deliver on the promises made, and go above and beyond to fulfill them. During the Covid pandemic when companies were letting people go, our CCO Girish Nair held a meeting and asked everyone individually about them and their families and if we need any help. Which to me was very important and a nice gesture.

* Competitive Salary. * Pay check direct deposit. * Health insurance. * Visa sponsorship H1B/TN as needed. * Green card sponsorship from day 1. 3 years working with them and I'm in the final step for the GC.

No cons so far, all the benefits/promises from the previous/current management have been granted.
