Great vision and communication by upper-Management. Fun environment in which to work and make great money. KPI driven. Clear objective of what goals need to be reached. Constant learning from a career perspective and to better self.

Cons

Some separation between divisions, but everyone is approachable.

Pros

I enjoy working with everyone here. The contests are fun. Location is great!

Cons

This is an okay sales job. Feels however that upper management sacrificied long term growth for short term gains recently and its showing. A lot of top agents have left recently because of the unrealistic sales multipliers. Most agents around me lose 25-50% of their commissions. You have to really grind to make the good money. The reason you may be seeing decent reviews is that the President of the company sent out a number of emails, strategically, asking agents if they would write a review of the company "no pressure". Ratings went from a 3.2 to 4.2 in the span of six months.

Pros

Casual dress code, hour lunch

Cons

Everyday is the same as a BDR. taking almost 350 calls a day from people who never asked to be called. They say no cold calling, but it's an auto dialer system that calls people at random. A lot of times you are auto dialing the wrong number, or someone who already is a customer of spoke with an Account Executive already. It's horrible. The script is repetitive and doesn't work. It's torture saying the same thing all day long. I followed exactly what my manager said to do and saw no change in results. Everybody is competing against each other to get a promotion to BDR 2, then BDR3 and then finally you get to work as an Account Executive. The better your peers do the harder it is for you to get promoted because the benchmarks are based on the team's average. Everyone is hoping that they are doing better than the next rep. And you have to beat everybody for 2 weeks straight to get promoted. The salary is only $30 K to start with no commission. $14.47/hour. When you make it to Account Executive, your salary is still $30 K and the rest of your pay is commission (if you get any). This job is not worth the work they have you doing. As far as sales jobs go, this is bottom of the barrel. I seriously regret staining my resume with this job, but I was desperate for a job and the are desperate to hire.
