This used to be a great place to work with a true team culture and eye on the future. Conversations were open and honest with minimal politics however, the business has been restructured once a year for the past few years leaving staff feeling unsettled and unclear on their future. No career paths for staff are laid out aside from arbitrary title changes.
Key team members (particularly women) are not paid appropriately for their contribution while incompetent staff are not just retained, but promoted and paid up to 50% more than the diligent, talented, long standing team members.
No support whatsoever from HR, from a management and an individual point of view. Indeed, in each restructure, but particularly the latest one, the people in the business were less than an afterthought.
By joining four businesses together, we have managed to lost focus and direction on the one which was performing well and making progress.
Most staff are demotivated, unhappy and looking elsewhere at all levels of seniority.
