Pros
The people on the floor are the best thing about it. Lots to learn.
Cons
They will take complete advantage of any worker they can to save a buck or make themselves look good. Very poor communication, throughout the whole establishment. Human Resource personel is two faced and should not be in that position. They have supervisors that can't handle a 5 man team running their depts.
