I was offer in the company when I enquirer about the company with the colleges working there they said it's worst company to work. A lady employee was treated badly by the manager and thrown out of the company saying her performance is not good within a month of joining.We see below all positive comments are given by single person hope the manager itself

Hire and Fire policy. Started operations this year but they fool people by saying we are 10 year old company. Multi parent company don't know under whom you will be working with. No value if you need to another job. Salary not paid on time. Liar management Cheat fresh joiners. Don't trust them. Join only if you want to spoil your career.

Dear, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I don't think this has been written by an employee of our organisation. In a nutshell, we are not a startup company but a Government Agency belonging to the Electronic Government Authority of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. There is no such thing as a “hire and fire policy”, as no one has ever been fired since we started the operations in Bangalore. Salary is paid before the 3rd of every month. Regarding the other concerns, we collected anonymous feedback from all employees last week through a suggestion box in the office, and nothing as such has been raised. We are looking to build a long lasting relationship with our employees and empower everyone to grow their career with us. Pros

A receptive management which is willing to listen to your concerns. Fixed working hours(well!! mostly). Reasonable freedom to explore new technologies. Not a rigid management for technology change, as long as your aspirations are aligned with the company’s vision. Yes, there are some operational issues which needs to be streamlined and I am sure management is working towards that.

Cons

Culture Shock from UAE. Isolated building without a cafeteria. Every second person is distrustful of other person due to artificially induced insecurity. People who are used to work in a well established environment might find it difficult to adapt to the new environment.
