good exposure to market and customers good learning experience for freshers in product management and marketing teams easy access to CEO to discuss your thoughts Good support from other teams in the work last but not least.. nice home made snacks
Cons
Too much of regional flavor (Tamil) Discuss in regional language during meetings where others dont understand Need to sign bond for 2 yrs 3 months notice period Not too many holidays - only 12/year Work from home option only for very few people Need to impress CEO than your reporting manager to get good hike Micro management of work - by daily reports
