The relationships built with other coworkers who were trying to get out of a horrible workplace.

Cons

Instead of fixing the companies problems, listening to employee feedback and trying to make a more productive work environment, JB instructs his writing staff to write fake reviews to Glassdoor. And apparently takes you to court if you post a negative review (I was recently named)

There is literally no pro to working here, unless you count the relationships built under immense pressure to perform

Cons

Everything. I can't think of anything good. They throw money away on things that don't matter, they have no infrastructure, management hates all their employees and they're more worried about their Glassdoor appearance than they are that people are happy in their job. Stop trying to shine up the outside, and clean what's inside
