Very unprofessional, teamwork missing, international people not welcomed, Hierarchy not established and it is not clear who one has to report to, too much favouritism.
Working at Medidate was very pleasant. People trust you from the beginning and they let you be creative and work on projects that could help the company. Being autonomous in my work was a big plus for me, but I also had the chance to work with highly-skilled people that had my back and would give me feedback constantly to improve myself.
