Pros

eLamb offers individuals the opportunity to progress and learn new skills. You are treated with trust, which means flexibility in how you work, so long as the work gets done.

Cons

Unless you live close to Darlington or can take the train (we are 2 minutes walk from the station) you will have to brave the traffic coming in to work! Having said that as we offer flexibility in hours, you can come in and leave outside of rush hour times.

Pros

This is my first real job, and its brilliant! I've came into the company as an apprentice and I'm already experiencing the marketing, sales, project management and client services sides of the business. I'm not treated as a child and we all have lots of respect for each other. Its a great relaxed environment to work in and a really exciting experience so far for me!

Cons

No cons so far, everything's going really well.

Pros

Office culture is very positive and there is no blame ethic within the business; you work and learn, if things go wrong its a case of finding out why rather than finger pointing and blaming. Your voice is heard as a member of staff and ideas are listened to and evaluated from there. You feel like you are actively shaping the company as it grows

Cons

As it stands, the company is operating in a way i'm very happy with. There is no need to list any cons.
