Pros
Even though I have only worked here for a short period of time, I would have never expected to become part of a family that is so dedicated to working and having fun. The company just recently became the 15th fastest growing company in North America and it definitely shows. The company really knows how to treat their employees and it would be no different for anyone looking for a position within the company. All-in-all, great potential...great people.
Cons
The company is growing exponentially and because of this, the company may need a little extra help to get things done. Sometimes the team will have to band together and occasionally work an extra shift, nevertheless, this probably is the only downside (which doesn't happen too often).
