Pros

- The product has a good reputation and there seems to be market demand for it. - There are good people that have found their way there. - You get two free lunches a week - Access to Philly sporting events

Cons

Your first impressions are going to be right. The office feels like a cold warehouse. Impersonal where people are treated like products that can be easily disposed of. The decor is all about the owner’s personal wealth and ego. After you start you are given a book entitled "Good to Great" (Good Book). Unfortunately, it only highlights exactly how dysfunctional the entire organization is. There is no real attempt to improve. The term "change" is thrown around, but there is never enough time given to what was changed to see if it would work. If the results are not immediate they are changed again without regard for how they may impact other parts of the organization or other people. The owner/CEO sees himself as a level 5 leader as defined by the book "Good to Great". However, he has major shortcomings and narcissistic tendencies. His management style is to intimidate and humiliate.

Pros

Like the others reviews say, we get free lunch and sports tickets.

Cons

I was gently "asked" to post a positive review, so I am posting this one and I have or will post a positive one because I fear the retribution of not complying. The CEO is angry and aggressive. My boss is a yes man (or woman) to him. When my boss got fired, the CEO didn't even have the guts to do it face to face.Their theory that they have 80 employees makes them a good place to work is insane. this place is a revolving door. I barely get to know people before they walk out or get fired for no reason. It's funny that every positive review on emaint is from a current employee -- It goes to show that bullying is about the only tool that upper management has. Steer Clear of this place. I wish I had.

Pros

* Love my talented )co-workers...(we all suffer together at the hands of inept CEO & Senior Leadership team!) * Decent product * 401k match (assuming you can stay around long enough to benefit from it and don't get fired!)

Cons

* CEO has created a horrible work environment over the past couple of years as he is out of touch, unapproachable, controlling, expects immediate perfection, micromanages, and seems to enjoy firing staff as we have constant turnover! * "Senior Leadership Team" are puppets in over their heads following the CEO's every whim marching orders, and glorified "yes" people. I've never experienced such a non-trusting unprofessional (and outright vulgar) leadership team who seems to enjoy trashing employees at every opportunity. * Big Brother mentality here as every action is being monitored & criticized - no tolerance for personal development & growth...it's sad to see talented newer employees come in with passion & desire to achieve only to be deconstructed & ultimately fired - we have an extremely high turnover rate! * Crappy work life balance as employees routinely work 10-12 hours or more per day. Also, time off policy (PTO) is a joke! * Constant pressure to be perfect as overworked staff is always being criticized by desperate Sr Leadership for everything from CRM entries (deThe by Salesforce.com) to monitored phone calls, etc. * Compensation is subpar compared to competition * Company is in an overall state of decline despite what Sr Leadership team says - this will continue until CEO either sells the company or goes out of business
