Below average salaries even though the company earns a load! Worst bonus scheme! They act like they are this fun young hip and trendy office whereas the reality is that they are far from it! HR and higher management are so rigid and traditionally cultured from the clothes you wear to being dead-drop silent at the office. You even have to punch in and out of the lunchroom so they can track all your breaks! HR and Higher Management micromanage EVERYTHING! They clearly do not believe in a modern working culture! They keep applying for these fake awards like the "Best Place to Work" paying to get a feature of the BS culture they pretend to have on social media. Even the so-called year-end staff trip was micromanaged to the point HR came to check in on each and every room to see if the correct people were sleeping in their respective rooms, they even went to the extent to check who was in the shower. I absolutely hated working here and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Very toxic culture where they expect you to work day and night. Zero work life balance. So much of politics and very judgemental. Pay is very very low compared to the work load. And there is no transparency in the pay. They specifically tell you not to mention your salaries to others as it goes against the company polices! They dont do any justice to anyone. They overload people with too many brands so at the end they will not have time to do anything properly. You can learn but on the surface level. You can just google it and learn those. People are stressed and depressed because of the workload but higher management dont do anything about it.
