Pros
A lot of fun people, good pay and benefits, free coffee and food, great hours, a work hard-play hard mentality. The company has had a lot of growth recently but maybe grew too fast.
Cons
The company changes direction frequently without really knowing what it takes to get there. They don't seem to think through all aspects of their decisions. Unsure where this company is going in the future.... some employees say they're going downhill but hopefully they will be successful.
