      Good learning experience for newbies and to try out in a different field

      Cons

      Too much Internal politics. Seniors will be very much supportive and allow you to grow only if you are close with them, even if you don’t work. Otherwise your work will be insulted or left unnoticed, so much that the directors are never aware of it.

      1. Exceptional Learning and Growth Opportunities: The company provides fantastic opportunities to learn new technologies and skills. If your primary goal is professional development and expanding your resume, this is a great environment to do so. The sheer breadth of projects and challenges ensures you are always growing. 2. Supportive Manager: I was fortunate to have a manager who truly acted as a mentor. They were incredibly helpful and actively motivated me during my initial days, providing clear direction and encouragement. This supportive environment makes a huge difference, especially when onboarding or tackling new, complex tasks.

      Cons

      1. Challenging Salary Progression: While the company is a great place to learn, salary progression and internal raises can be difficult to achieve after the initial hiring package. 2. Advice to Management: Future hires should try to secure the best possible package upfront, as significant salary hikes later on seem to be the exception rather than the rule, regardless of performance or growth. Improving the internal compensation review process would greatly enhance retention and morale.
